As 2019 general elections draw closer, a young and vibrant legal luminary in Rivers State Barr. Donald Horsefall has promised better deal for the people of AKULGA and ASALGA.
Addressing newsmen in Port Harcourt recently, Chief, Barr. Donald A.K. Horsefall, a flag bearer of Accord Party, said that he was called by his people to represent them in the Green Chamber after considering his track records, adding that AKULGA-ASALGA Federal constituency has suffered because of lack of good leadership and proper representation.
Barr. Donald Horsefall stated that he did not believe in politics of attacking people, but politics of issues, where the needs of the people are considered and followed, pointing out that if voted for, it would not be business as usual.
He disclosed that gone are days political parties were considered by the masses but presently what the people are clamouring for is character and, integrity of the candidate, stressing that his agenda include education, morality and investment.
According to the legal luminary, he is familiar with the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, stressing that he has 12years experiences as a lawyer and that he has a lot to offer noting that the objectives of every lawmaker is n how to make laws.
He disclosed that it is only professional lawyers that know the process of lawmaking and that the issue of federal character is not new to him, adding that what he wants from his people is their votes.
Speaking further, Barr. Horsefall blamed Nigerians for believing parties like PDP and APC because these people are same and do not care for the poor masses, who voted them into position, pointing out that if voted, he would improve the lives of his people and would also make sure he gives them positive representation.
He called on the people to shun violence and not to harm anyone for his sake, saying he is not a desperate politician and does not believe in it rather everybody should embrace peace, vote wisely for him and all the flagbearers of Accord Party, especially the gubernatorial flagbearer, Chief Hon. Dumu Lulu Briggs, to make changes in Rivers State because Rivers State.
