Again, I have just deployed Armoured Personnel Carrier (APC) from the JTF in Ibaa to Ubimini and two other APC from the Area Command in Elele Alimini and Isiokpo to the communities to reduce the fear of a reprisal attack in the Communities,” he said.

According to him. “its pitiable that the funds that we were supposed to channel into one empowerment or the other was been spent to mobilize security operatives to maintain peace in the communities”.
