Atiku Promises To Revive Onne Ports

The Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, has promised to revive Port-Harcourt and Onne Ports so as to create jobs for the people of Rivers State if voted into power as President in the February 16 general elections.  

The Presidential Candidate made this promise during the presidential rally held at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium Port-Harcourt in Monday, adding also that he will restructure the country if elected. 

The former vice president said that he would not infringe on the Constitution, the rule of law, separation of powers and promised that he will respect the principle of checks and balances if voted into power. 

Rivers State Governor, Chief Nyesom Wike, in his speech advised the people of the state to embrace freedom and say no to dictatorship.

Those who attended the Rivers State presidential rally were – the Director-General of the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP) campaign organization, Bukola Saraki, the Vice Presidential Candidate, Mr. Peter Obi, the PDP National Chairman, Prince Uche Secondus, former President Goodluck Jonathan,  wife of the former President, Patience Jonathan and others.
