The executive chairman of Khana local government area ,Chief Lahteh Lah Loolo, has condemned the spate of cult related killings in the area, especially the latest killing of a man in Bori, Friday, barely few hours after the security stakeholders meeting in Bori, the local government headquarters, apart from earlier destruction of properties of innocent people in the early hours of Sunday, a development which took place in Kono Boue community.
While expressing his deep condolences to the people, the chairman described the tragedy as pathetic.
The Chairman, Chief Lahteh Loolo assured the people of security , informing of the action taken which include the deployment of armed security agents to the community to forestall further attacks by cult gang.
The Khana boss tasked the security operatives to fish out those behind killings in the area and ensure they face the wrath of the law.
He pledged to ensure necessary actions in the fight against insecurity in the area. He charged both the traditional rulers and the village heads to give useful information bothering on cult activities and other forms of criminalities in their domains.
