I Will Not Issue Any Of My Staff Car Loan, Unless They Are Buying Electric Car – Ben Bruce

Ex Nigerian senator and Chairman Silverbird Group, Ben Murray Bruce has disclosed his resolve not to issue loan to staff of the company who plans to buy a vehicle, unless they are buying Electric cars.

Senator Bruce who was a vocal advocate of electric car during his time in the senate, says it is part of his push to ensure the country goes completely green.

He announced on his twitter page, a company-wide directive which will ensure all new vehicles purchased on behalf of the media conglomerate will be electric vehicles.

“We are going to be the first company to go all green.” He said.

An electric car is an automobile that is propelled by one or more electric motors, using energy stored in rechargeable batteries.

Switching from petrol to electric cars has been on of the ways the world plans to address the issue of climate change, with a lot of nation already setting deadlines to switch completely to the new innovation.
