The Sole Administrator, Rivers State Waste Management Agency, RIWAMA, Bro. Felix A. Obuah has terminated the contract of ARIGAH ENTERPRISE covering Agip by Ikwerre Road to Eagle Island for non performance.
The Sole Administrator gave the directive today, Wednesday, March 11, 2020 while on inspection of the area.
He frowned at the refusal of the Service Provider to keep his zone clean as at the time (9am) he visited the area.
The RIWAMA boss warned all Service Providers doing business with the Agency to keep their areas clean at all times or have their contracts terminated.
He appealed to residents and those doing business in Port Harcourt, the State capital and its environs to desist from indiscriminate dumping of refuse as anyone caught would be arrested and prosecuted in line with the extant sanitation laws of the State.
