Amb Ihunwo Chijioke, the Chairman of National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) Rivers State chapter and South-South zone, has dissolved the Executives of National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) Oyigbo local government area chapter.
Their dissolution came on the heels of their alleged incompetence in managing the affairs of Oyigbo local government youths, thereby creating room for breach of peace in the area.
In due course, the State Council will constitute a new Executive after liaison with the Commissioner for Youth Development, Rivers State, and other stakeholders.
The Chairman directed that all youth council materials in their possession be handed over to the supervisor for youth in Oyigbo local government Council, and wished them well in their future endeavour.
