Rivers State Deputy Governor Dr. (Mrs) Ipalibo Harry Banigo has joined other people of goodwill across the globe to felicitate with Sir Dr. Peter Otunaya Odili, the former Governor of Rivers State as he celebrates his 74th Birthday on Monday, 15th August 2022.
In her goodwill message from the Government House in Port Harcourt, on Monday, 15th August 2022, Dr. Banigo said as the father of the Modern Rivers State, Sir Dr. Peter Odili has continued to be a Great Leadership Icon, whose leadership style impacted positively on the lives of the Rivers People and beyond during his tenure as the Governor of Rivers State.
Dr. Banigo who expressed gratitude to Dr. Peter Odili for his support to the Governor Wike led Administration, described him as a philanthropist per excellence, a great patriot and astute statesman.
The Deputy Governor while wising him many happy returns, prayed the Almighty God to Continue to bless and keep Sir Dr. Peter Odili in good health.
