Recall that Khana/Gokana LGAs suffered severely from cult related crisis. These communities were ravaged by cultists/bandits; they killed and maimed our innocent brothers and sisters; even elderly men and women thrown into panic, destroyed properties and burned down houses. Many inhabitants were rendered homeless, orphans, widows/widowers and made our communities unhabitable. In the face of these communal and peculiar challenges, Rt. Hon. Dumnamene R. Dekor rose up to speak on our behalf.
He took the risk of moving from one of those ravaged communities to the other with the aid of security agents that he personally financed at the peak of the crisis to put an end to the nefarious activities of those gang bandits for the safety of our people, and today, we all enjoy peaceful communities in our land.
