Eze Chukwuemeka Eze: Response to A Frustrated Nitwit

By Joe Johnson, PH

We have read the crass summation of one  Chief Eze Chukwuemeka Eze, an ally of Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi on what we describe as unnecessary meddlesome-ness. Very true to nature, Eze is still spreading idle talks as a regular bedlam with hollow outcome.

We are miffed by his uninspiring diatribes which is often done out of frustration without proper evaluation whether it is in tandem with contemporary governance strategy for progress or not.

That former Gov Nyesom Wike handed over to His Excellency, Sir  Siminalayi Fubara, is not an excuse to suddenly jettison all government polices and programmes on course to demonstrate an independent mind or show of control. If Eze’s idea of being in charge is to fight a predecessor, it means he is insane and needs urgent psychiatric checks.

Again it shows that Eze by his mischief does not know the meaning of continuity and consolidation or even the common cliché that government is a continuum.

Eze is still in deep hallucination, and shocked that all their predictions and expectations of a conflict between Wike and Fubara have completely failed and eluded them, and so they resort to insinuating “caging and all sorts.”

It is instructive to inform the likes of Eze Chukwuemeka that exerting conflict or creating friction with a  predecessor in directing the affairs of a state does not show the strength of being in charge or control of events. It rather shows immaturity and unpreparedness. Perhaps, Eze wanted the mundane style of his former boss (Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi), to play out in the governance of Rivers State. He should wake up from such day-dreaming, as the administration of Sir Siminalayi Fubara is steadily on course without the assumed interference or caging by such political clowns as Eze.

We understand the article in trade of Eze to be fanning the embers of discord as his attempt of inciting the Ijaws was dead on arrival with its parochial perception. His befuddled allegation of Wike exclusively using the state owned air craft while Fubara uses chartered flight is but a concocted fabrication to hoodwink the discerning Rivers public into believing in his failed attempt to disparage the authorities of Governor Sim Fubara and create acrimony and disunity. But Governor Fubara is smarter than that, he won’t give in to cheap blackmail and evil nudging.

His Excellency has reiterated that the reappointed commissioners beside being exceptional in their services to the state, have unfinished businesses, and are strong team members of the consolidation agenda. Without biasness, the likes of Alabo George Kelly and Prof. Chinedu Mmom have well acquitted themselves as men with capacity to perform exceptionally in line with the vision of Governor Siminalayi Fubara. So, what is the hoot by Eze? We guess Eze would not also say anything about the new entrants to the cabinet of His Excellency, Sir Siminalayi Fubara. Having bitter bile is the reason he is also attacking the appointment of Hon. Chidi Amadi as Chief of Staff who is eminently qualified to be so appointed as a loyal party man. Fubara believes in equitable distribution of key positions in the state. While the SSG is from Rivers West, the governor appointed the Chief of Staff from Rivers East, with more appointment underway.

Eze’s allegation of Wike cunningly succeeding in entrapping the political fortune of the Ijwas of Rivers State by indirectly retaining the governance of the state, shows what his political master, Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi would have done if his preferred candidate Tonye Cole (APC) had won the governorship election in Rivers State. This reflects the character of evil men, always thinking others would do exactly what they planned to do.

We assure Eze and his co-travelers that they will continue to fail in their desperation to cause disharmony in the state, while His Excellency Sir Siminalayi Fubara will continue to work towards consolidating on development in the state as he moves towards commissioning more projects on his 100 days in office.
