The Pentecostal Bible Church, Elioparanwo, Port Harcourt witnessed a memorable gathering of family members, friends and well-wishers of its General Overseer, Pastor Sam Obioha following the celebration his 59th birthday anniversary on Sunday.
It was praise and worship galore as the congregation and dignitaries who came from all walks of life thronged the church, popularly called the Champions Cathedral, joined the elated General Overseer to mark the significant milestone.
In a brief exultation, during the celebration, Deacon Charles Nneji, a business man, delivered an uplifting message, encouraging Christians across Nigeria to persevere through challenging times and maintain their faith in God.
Flanked by his wife, Oluchi and children, after, the cake cutting session, Pastor Obioha addressed the attendees and expressed delight at the overwhelming turnout.
He emphasized the significance of the number 59 in his life’s journey, adding that the number symbolizes completion.
Pastor Obioha described the first half of his life as a trail of successes and challenges and thanked God for His abounding grace, citing Apostle Paul’s words which urged everyone to keep pushing forward and leaving the past behind.
Some dignitaries, who graced the occasion, reflected the influence and respect Pastor Obioha holds in the community.
