ONELGA Chairman Lauds EPADOF’S Educational Development Policy
Executive Chairman, Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area, Hon. Vincent Job has lauded members of Egi Professors and Academic Doctors Forum (EPADOF) for their pragmatic approach towards educational development in the Local Government.
Hon. Job made the commendation when a delegation of EPADOF led by Dr. Michael Amirize paid a visit to him in his office.
The Executive Chairman identified education as the bedrock of socio-economic development of any nation, asserting that Egi Clan has produced more academics than any other clan in Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area and expressed satisfaction with their effort.
He enjoined the rest of the clans to emulate Egi, pointing out that the upcoming Egi Development Summit will be a huge success, as he will support the programme.
Earlier, Leader of the delegation, Dr. Michael Amirize representing the Chairman of EPADOF Prof. Daniel Ogum had thanked the Chairman for the audience, informing him of the forthcoming Egi Development Summit and appealed for his support.
He explained that the group will officially send the invitation soon and solicited his collaboration.
Dr. Amirize disclosed that the summit seeks to fashion-out a roadmap for the development of Egi Kingdom, through a white paper at the end of the summit.
Those on the delegation are Dr. Michael Amirize, Dr. Barrister A. Ibegura, Dr. Umah and Dr. Chukwudi Dike Umesi.
