Bishop Blessing Enyindah Pays Episcopal Visit To Eze Kingsley Ogundu
The traditional ruler of Azumini-Isiokpo, Ikwerre Local Government Area, Eze Kingsley Ogundu says the people of Azumini Community are enjoying relative peace today because of the prayers and blessing of Bishop Blessing Enyindah.
Eze Ogundu who is Oyo the 8th of Azumini dropped the hint while playing host to Bishop of Province of Niger Delta, Bishop Blessing Enyindah and his entourage who paid him an episcopal visit to his palace at Azumini-Isiokpo.
He noted that the visit which is part of activities marking 5th Synod of Diocese of Ikwerre, Anglican Communion is a time to reflect on the good things God has used Bishop Enyindah to do for them and asked for more of such blessings and thanked the paramount ruler of Isiokpo Ancient Kingdom, His Majesty King Blessing Wagor for all his support to enable him succeed on the throne.
In his remarks, the archbishop of the Province of Niger Delta who is also the Bishop of Diocese of Ikwerre Anglican Communion, Rt. Rev Dr Blessing Enyindah noted that they were at Eze Ogundu’s palace to intimate him of the annual Synod programme of the Church taking place within his domain and commended him for sustaining the existing peace in the area.
Bishop Enyindah however, observed that the 5th Synod with theme: “Planted by the waters,” the beauty of walking with God is significant in many respects as it is a time to draw close to God and remember His blessings to humanity.
