The popular dictum that “honest toil lies in hard work” played out recently in the life of the managing director of the famous Best Winners Hotel, situated at Rumuaholu, Obio/Akpor Local Government Area, Rivers State.
Madam Ada Mbano as fondly called, the managing director of Best Winners Hotel was in recognition of her efforts and notable contributions to the state and national development through the hospitality industry honoured and conferred with the Award of Excellence by the Joint Assembly of Rivers Youths, a critical non-governmental organization.
Presenting the award to the recipient, the leader of the group, Gashon Bob Achor described Madam Ada Mbano as hard working, intelligent, creative and multi-talented which have benefitted a good number of Nigerian youths especially in job creation for the younger people.
For her management acumen, according to Mr. Bob Actor, Best Winners Hotel has become a frontline hotel in Port Harcourt with lots of patrons from across the country.
In her response, Malam Ada Mbano, and the award recipient, thanked God for using the Joint Assembly of Rivers State Youths to locate her and bring her little contribution to humanity to limelight.
She said she was humbled by the award and promised that by this honour, she will be spurred to do more for the society.
