Invest For Secure Future, Experts Advise

Investment experts, Sarah and Melin, have advised that people should invest in order to have secure future.

They said that people should invest and be prepared for anything given the economic situation.

The experts also said people should diversify investment meaning they spread their investments around different areas of interest.

Sarah and Melin said: “It is important to invest because given the economic situation these days and the way things just break out of nowhere one needs to be prepared for anything”.

They said diversifying investment means that the investor would not be limited to one kind of investment and warned against putting all “one’s eggs in one basket”.

The investment experts said: “If an investor loses money in one investment, the other investment would make up for those losses”.

They said people have different options where to invest their money.

The experts said people could invest in property or different financial institutions regulated by government agencies which would ensure their investments are safe.

They also said people should have financial goals for instance to pay their children’s school fees with ease or to send their children oversees for education.

They also said another financial goal would be to have other sources of income.

The experts advised salary earners to invest from the money they earn to get more money from investment.

They said although Covid-19 was a bad experience not everyone suffered in financial terms as those with investments got money to pass through the experience.

They said those who lost jobs during Covid-19 and had no investment suffered because of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The experts shared their views while appearing as guests on 92.3 Nigeria Info.

In financial terms, investment is letting go of one’s capital in expectation of getting an income or profit from its use or appreciation.
