Harnessing Human Potential: Ariolu’s Vision For Securing Obio/Akpor Peoples’ Future
The Executive Chairman Of Obio/Akpor Local Government Area, Hon Barr George Ariolu DSSRS has received the people of Oroigwe Kingdom comprising of Chiefs, men, women and youths from Rumuehara, Eliozu, Rumunduru and Elimgbu Community led by HRH King Amb C. A Tata JP; Eze Oha Oroigwe Mgbu Enno, Paramount Ruler of Oroigwe Kingdom.
Speaking during the courtesy visit, Hon. Barr George Ariolu, DSSRS stated that the human capital development program carried out by his administration is for the benefit of the people of Obio/Akpor.
He said that the purpose for which he has invested in human capacity development is to secure the future for the people with hopes that beneficiaries of his programs today will in turn help other people of Obio/Akpor in the nearest future.
He added that there is no greater investment than human capacity development because Human capital development creates room for further growth and development of the people, it leads to increase in innovation, Increase in economic growth which in turn improves the quality of life amongst the people.
On his part, King Amb. C. A Tata JP, Paramount Ruler of Oroigwe Kingdom who described Ariolu as a man of his words, applauded the Chairman for making him and the people of Evo proud.
He maintained that the Council chairman’s records are unparalleled ranging from his people-oriented policies to his infrastructural projects that are well planned and executed for the benefit of his people.
Giving the vote of thanks, Hon Micheal Asor, Councillor representing the people of Ward 1, Obio/Akpor 9th Legislative Council thanked the Chairman for receiving his people and for ensuring that the people of ward 1 are beneficiaries of his administration’s programs and policies.
