How God Used Chinasa Nwosu To Restore Peace In Ibaa, Says CDC Chairman

…As He Woos Investors To Community

The Community Development Committee (CDC) Chairman of Ibaa Community, Emohua Local Government Area, Dr. Adolphus Nyegbeke has attributed the current peace and tranquil atmosphere in the community to the handiwork of the Almighty God through the effort of His anointed servant, Bishop (Dr.) Chinasa Nwosu.

Speaking to journalists at a recent function in Ibaa Town, Dr. Nyegbeke explained that peace which had eluded the community following years of cult-related crisis, finally returned when he brought the respected televangelist to the community on the 28th of September, 2019.

He recalled that Bishop Nwosu conducted a historic prayer and deliverance and thereafter dedicated the community to God, adding that any sincere observer would agree that a new spirit had taken over Ibaa Community ever since.

“I want to use this opportunity to tell the whole world that peace and tranquility have returned to Ibaa and by God’s grace we would never see those evil and satanic days again”, he said.

Dr. Nyegbeke, who is the Supervising Director of the Rivers State Universal Basic Education Board expressed happiness that economic and social activities have been on the boom, even as he urged investors to put their resources in the community.

“Every business man or woman needs a peaceful environment to do their businesses. Recall that Ibaa Community used to be the beehive of social and economic activities because of its strategic location.  But the onset of crisis forced business owners to go away.

But thank God for using Bishop Chinasa Nwosu to cast away the devil responsible for the crisis and today, you can now sleep and close two eyes, glory to the Almighty God”, said the SUPEB Director.

Dr. Nyegbeke appealed to the youths in Ibaa Town to always promote every initiative that would bring about peace in the community.

On the Age Grade Initiation recently conferred on the Chairman of Emohua Local Government Area.

Dr. Chidi Lloyd by Ibaa Community, the SUPEB Director described the initiation as well deserved, noting that the action had been an age long practice to honour any man who had come of age.

“The initiation ceremony in Ibaa Town is necessary and compulsory for every male child of the community and non-natives who meet with the criteria as spelt out by custom and tradition.

Any person who does not do it will not reap the benefits of the town.  This is why we fall back to our tradition every 7 years for this exercise”, he said.
