AFCON Qualifier: Bro. Felix Obuah Calls Super Eagles ‘Gallant Warriors’ Over Result Against Bafana Bafana
President/Sole Sponsor of Go-Round FC, Bro. Felix Obuah has commended Super Eagles of Nigeria for holding South Africa’s Bafana Bafana in a one-all draw in continuation of the African Nations Cup qualifying match played at the FBN Stadium, Johannesburg on Saturday.
Bro. Obuah in a statement issued in Port Harcourt, described Super Eagles as Gallant Warriors whose performance has brought joy to millions of Nigerians back home.
The Go-Round FC financier said the one-all draw against the South Africans which has already given them the ticket to the 2019 AFCON, is an answer to the prayers of Nigerians.
“Let me congratulate our gallant warriors for qualifying for the Nations Cup for the first time after three unsuccessful attempts”, Obuah said, adding that the final qualifying match against Seychelles would be a mere formality as the outcome of its result would not stop their qualification.
Bro. Obuah who is also the Rivers State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) also praised the technical crew of Super Eagles for a job well done; adding that Super Eagles performance in Johannesburg saw a much technical and tactical approach.
The Go-Round FC boss who is also Sole Administrator of Rivers State Waste Management Agency (RIWAMA) urged the Gernot Rohr tutored boys to sustain their current form, while calling on the technical crew to look into all departments in the team with a view to making improvements.
