Khana PDP Chairmanship Candidate, Dr. Thomas Bariere Expresses Gratitude To Gov Wike, PDP Leadership, Elders

Visibly excited over the huge success recorded at the just concluded Khana Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Campaign grand finale for the April 17 local government polls, on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Bori, the traditional Headquarters of the Ogoni people, Dr. Thomas Bariere is thumbs-up for the state governor, Chief Barr. Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, the State Party Chairman, Amb. Desmond Akawor, Party elders and members of the party for the massive turn-out and hitch free campaign.

Dr. Bariere said the glamorous rally was yet another demonstration of the ruling party’s readiness to replicate its winning streaks in the forthcoming local government elections across the state.

He described the leadership ingenuity of Governor Wike as highly infectious, and a force motivating all those aspiring for leadership position under the PDP platform to conjure the same capacity for the overall interest of Rivers people.

The Khana chairmanship candidate also expressed his appreciation to the PDP leadership in Khana, and Ogoni in general for their efforts to keep the party vibrantly alive in Ogoni land, and appealed for a rehash of the same massive turn-out on Saturday, April 17, for the final endorsement of PDP victory in the area.

By the grace of God, he prayed, it will be another celebration on April 17, a prelude to greater things for the Khana people by his administration that would be purpose driven.

Dr. Bariere said a vote for the PDP come April 17, is a vote for end to insecurity, injustice, backwardness,  underdevelopment, amongst others, and enjoined all sons and daughters of Khana local government area to come out in their numbers to exercise their voting right in a free and secure atmosphere.
