The Great Gospel Crusade by Christ for All Nations (CFAN) ended on a glorious note on Sunday as there was an explosion of miracles, Holy Spirit manifestation and undiluted blessing of God.
There was an unprecedented crowd of Christian Faithful at the NLNG Sandfill on the final day of the Great Gospel Crusade.
Like the first three days, there was soul lifting praise session led by Eddie James and Chioma Jesus
Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, his wife, Justice Eberechi Suzzette Nyesom-Wike, PDP National Chairman, Prince Uche Secondus and leading clerics in Rivers State joined several thousands to bless the name of God.
Addressing Christian Faithful at the Great Gospel Crusade, Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike said he made no mistake declaring that Rivers State is a Christian State. He said the Rivers people their preference for Christ by their unprecedented turnout at the crusade.
He said: “I am happy as a governor of the state that this crusade held here. I have been blessed by the outstanding praise of Eddie James and his team.
“This crusade came at that right time. I am now fortified and battle ready. I now have a combined power of Lion and Tiger and I will move with the power of God.
“The kind of power in me will weaken the devil. We will defeat the enemies of Rivers State. “
He thanked the leadership of CFAN and leaders of the Church in Rivers State for making the crusade possible. He said the State Government will continue to partner with the Church for the propagation of the Gospel.
In his sermon, President of CFAN, Evangelist Daniel Kolenda said the laws of sin and death have crippled humanity, while God brought the law of salvation through Jesus Christ to redeem humanity.
He urged Christians to embrace God and profit from his power of salvation. He only through Jesus can they profit from the divine plan for their lives.
The cleric thanked Governor Wike for his commitment to God’s work. He said that the state will reap bountifully.
Gospel singer, Eddie James also lauded Governor Wike for being a blessing to his people and Christians.
Highpoint of the final day of the Great Gospel Crusade was the turning on of phone flashlights by thousands of worshippers. Evangelist Daniel Kolenda said that all Christians are lights unto their communities, noting that darkness will disappear from their lives.
