Chief Nwosu Emerges Mile 3 Market  Traders Chairman

Chief Godwin Nwosu, Eze Agawa Akpoturu of Igbo Land, has emerged the Chairman, Bayelsa Line Section of the Mile 3, Oroworukwo Ultra Mordern Market traders for his second tenure of 3 three years.

The tension soaked election saw Chief Nwosu’s former Vice, Innocent Aruruma, leading a very stiff opposition against his boss’ second term ambition, but the amiable Chairman waded through the challenges and surprisingly emerged victorious with 90% casted votes.

Speaking with Journalists shortly after the election which took place recently, Chief Nwosu said the stiff opposition mounted by his enemies included “27 deadly, wicked and malicious petitions against me just to pull me down”, but  God gave me victory”.

Chief Nwosu, who is also the Chairman, Rivers State Traders Association Elders Forum, however, stated that in spite of what  he passed through, he will never revenge against his enemies nor relent in rendering those good quality services that have always distinguished him in the past, “I have forgiven them all as our God always forgives us”, he said.

“If not for anything, the evil machinations against me has strengthened and encouraged me the more to double my effort in the service for  humanity”, Nwosu further  said disclosing that part of his achievement which endeared him to the people was stoppage of illegal levies on the traders as well as enthronement peaceful coexistence among them as they do their business.

The Chieftain of Non-Indigenes without Border also used the opportunity to assure the Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, of victory in next year’s general elections, adding that he will mobilize support for all the Candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to realize their political ambition.

According to him, “when the people are with you, there is nothing the opposition can do. With what governor Wike has achieved in Rivers State, there is nothing the enemies of the people will do, he will win and complete second term in order to consolidate on his achievements. One with God is majority”.

Chief Nwosu made it clear that the 2019 general elections will be peaceful no matter what the enemies of the Country are planning.

He made it known that the APC federal government has no plans for the Country’s future or safety of lives and property of the citizens, adding that the only way forward is to vote out the All Progressive Congress and their evil agenda.

Those elected included; Chief Godwin Nwosu, Chairman, Mr. Oliver Otuonye, Vice Chairman, Mr. Uche Obia, Secretary, Mr. Osita Oje, Treasurer, and Mr. Peter Okafor, Asst. Secretary. Others are; Anayao Okafor, Fin. Secretary, Mr. Michael Frima, Welfare Officer, Mr. Chuks Kanu, PRO, Mr. Ikechukwu Loius, Provost.
