Rivers State Deputy Governor Dr. (Mrs) Ipalibo Harry Banigo has urged the People of Ward 14 Unit 10, Obuama (Harry’s Town) in the Degema Local Government Area to secure their future by voting all Candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party in the upcoming General Elections in February and March this year.
The Deputy Governor stated this while speaking during a Unit Meeting to sensitize and mobilize the people of Unit 10 to ensure total victory for the PDP on Saturday, 12thJanuary, 2019 in Harry’s Town.
According to Dr. Banigo the New Rivers Vision of Governor Wike is a beacon of hope, peace, progress and prosperity, noting that the People cannot afford to go back to the past APC administration which can best be described as the days of darkness, cluelessness, tears, hunger and death in the hands of Boko Haram and Herdsmen.
While stressing the need to vote for only PDP candidates she advised the People to be wary of those who would try to hoodwink them with handouts and false promises, stressing that Governor Wike remains the best option for the Kalabari People now because of his track record of performance.
Earlier the Chairman of Unit 10 Obuama, Mr. Kuro Tom Big Harry had informed the Deputy Governor and the other stakeholders that all the votes in Unit 10 would be delivered to the PDP.
