The authority of Khana LGA after due consultation with stakeholders and security agencies in the area has adjusted the time frame of the curfew imposed in the area.
In a statement by the Acting Chairman of the lga Dr. Leton Ekoro signed by the Director of Press affairs of the council Comrade Christian saro Ganale said the council has adjusted the curfew to be effective from ten o’clock in the evening to six o’clock in the morning against the earlier scheduled time of 6pm to 6am with immediate effect.
The statement advised the people of khana lga, residents in the area and security agencies to adhere strictly to the time change.
The statement said the curfew was imposed by the authority of the council in March this year in order to restore peace and security in the area and would be relaxed when the council deems it necessary
