Amb. Rissy is over qualified for any security job having three(3) Ordinary National Diplomas (OND) in his kitty from theology, public policy and administration as well as from the law department, capping it up with a Higher National Diploma in Public Administration.
He attended the University of Calabar, Cross River State; the Rivers State College of Arts & Science, Rumuola, Port Harcourt; Imo State Polytechnics, Umuagwo and the Intercessory College of Theology, Port Harcourt.
The Elelenwo born gentleman is a hardworking and God fearing fellow who rose to his present position through the dint of handwork, grace of God and team spirit.
He earned his promotion from the Unit Commander in the Man O’ War Nigeria to the State and later South-South Zonal Commander.
He was equally appointed as a National Training Officer of Man O’ War Nigeria at a point in time before his present position of Deputy National Commandant, Operations, Intelligence Monitoring and Rescue within a space of 20 years.
Amb. Rissi at a point was also appointed the Vigilante Group of Nigeria (VGN) Instructor as well as member, State formation of community policing, including organizing internal security/vigilante within and around Rivers State.
A devouted Christian who is the Founder/General Overseer of Joy of the Holy ghost Ministry, Elelenwo and is also a Senior Minister, Commonwealth Church International, Alode, Eleme, Rivers State.
He is a renown philanthropist who pride himself as the honourable speaker of the less privileged in Nigeria.
Commander Rissi’s strength of character includes honesty, hard work, care giving and bearing of other peoples burden while his weakness includes impatience, no pretence and inability to condone lies.
His hobbies are football, wrestling and fashion.
This man of God has many awards in his kitty including the Ambassador of peace in Africa; a confirmed Senior Citizen of Nigeria (CSCN) and Meritorious Shield Award (MSS) for his contributions in the society.
Commander Rissi belongs to many social organizations and indeed play a leading role to his people in most of these groups.
He is a team player who is highly respected and loved in both the community level and official circle due to his leadership style.
