Rivers State Deputy Governor, Dr. Mrs Ipalibo Harry Banigo has felicitated with the President of the Rivers State Customary Court of Appeal Hon. Justice Christy Gabriel Nwankwo as she celebrates her birthday on 17th June, 2020.
In a statement from the Government House in Port Harcourt Dr. Banigo described Hon Justice Nwankwo as an erudite legal luminary that has contributed immensely in the development of the Judiciary in the State in her capacity as the President of the Customary Court of Appeal.
The Deputy Governor prayed the Almighty God to bless protect and keep Hon Justice Nwankwo in good health while wishing her many happy returns.
