There was pandemonium last week Friday at Bishop Okoye street Mile 3 Diobu, Port Harcourt when gunmen suspected to be armed robbers attacked a sales boy at a popular super market .
Eyewitness told our reporter that the sales boy believed to be conveying large amount of money to the bank was accosted by the three armed men who stabbed him before taking the money from him.
We also gathered that the gunmen shot sporadically to scare away traders and passersby while escaping from the scene of the crime.
An executive of Goat Meat Sellers Association who did not want his name in print confirmed the incident in a telephone chat with our reporter .
The Rivers State Police spokesperson, Superintendent of Police(SP), Nnamdi Omoni was yet to respond to text message sent to his mobile line by our reporter.
