Banigo Urges Christians To Embrace Righteousness

Rivers State Deputy Governor Dr. Mrs. Ipalibo Harry Banigo has urged Christians to breakdown all things hindering them from accessing the throne of Grace.

Dr. Banigo stated this during the 2020 Convention of Kingdom Life Gospel Outreach Ministries International in Port Harcourt, on Sunday 22nd November, 2020.

Represented by the Director of Administration, Ben Roberts, Dr. Banigo quoted Hosea 10: 12 which says “Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the LORD, till he come and rain righteousness upon you”.

According to the Deputy Governor, reaping in righteousness also conforms with the theme of the 2020 Convention, “Extraordinary Grace”, noting that the Lord would bless us in his righteousness.

She said we need to also know the time, that this is the time to sow unto ourselves the kingdom of God, so that we would have the manifest blessings of our lord Jesus Christ.

Dr. Banigo further said her office would continue to partner with the Church to propagate the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, stressing that her office had been blessed by the prayers of the Bishop and his team of pastors.

She urged the Church to continue to pray for the Government of Rivers State to enable it to continue to do the right thing at all times.

In his remarks the Presiding Bishop of Kingdom Life Gospel Outreach Ministries International Rt. Rev. Victor Uzosike who attributed the success story of the church to the Grace of God, said the secret is God’s mercy, God’s blessings, God’s faithfulness, loving God’s people and loving to serve God passionately.
