Real Madrid Football Academy: Unqualified Candidates Flood Admission Venue
So many unqualified candidates turned up for the selection process of students seeking to be admitted into the Real Madrid Football Academy in Rivers State.
This was observed during the pronged process which commenced on Monday 18th January with aptitude test at the premises of Model Girls Secondary School Rumuokwuta,in Obi/Akpor Local Government Area.
The reason may not be unconnected with the enthusiasm and eagerness found on the part of the prospective candidates to gain admission into the specialized Academy
The exercise which was supervised by the State Commissioner for Education, Professor Kaniye Ebeku and the S.A on Real Madrid Football Academy, Rivers State, Mr. Christopher Green, was held under strict compliance with all Covid-19 protocols as candidates were required to wear nose masks, and to ensure physical and social distancing while 24 classrooms and 120 sitting capacity hall was used for the test.
To ensure that qualified candidates were selected for the Academy, the Ministry of Education in collaboration with the Real Madrid Football Academy had continued the process at the Sharks Stadium, with practical screening to assess the candidates’ footballing skills.
