Clean Your Surroundings, Empty Water Channels – RIWAMA Sole Administrator, Obuah Charges Rivers Residents

…Says there will be no restrictions of human and vehicular movements on Saturday, September 26

The Sole Administrator, Rivers State Waste Management Agency (RIWAMA), Bro. Felix Obuah has urged residents and those doing business in the State to ensure that their surroundings are clean and all water channels emptied for free flow of water.

Bro. Obuah in a statement, also said there will be no restrictions of human and vehicular movements on Saturday, September, 26, 2020. 

He advised residents and all those doing business in the State to maintain good sanitary habit always by cleaning their surroundings and dumping wastes at RIWAMA approved receptacles only; and at the approved dumping hours of 6pm to 12mid night, daily.

Bro. Obuah while commending the Governor for his support in ensuring a clean and healthy Rivers State, also urged Rivers people to support Governor Nyesom Wike’s vision of a safe and clean environment.
