The Management of Ignatius Ajuru University of Education has suspended a male student Wori Onyekachi Miracle of the department of English and Communication Studies.
The Vice Chancellor of the institution, Professor Ozo-Mekuri Ndimele in a statement on Thursday, said Mr. Wori was found in the Salvation Female Hostel by 10pm disguised as a woman.
Professor Ndimele further disclosed that the matter has been referred to the Students’ Disciplinary Committee to further investigate him.
The suspect is also said to have been handed over to the police, and may be prosecuted.
The DSS has asked for his particulars for profiling. We also gathered that Mr. Wori was not a Level 100 student but has completed his 4-year degree programme and was working on the corrections on his project waiting for graduation.
