Six Years In Office: Emeh Glory Eulogizes Gov Wike
The former Adviser to Governor Nyesom Wike on Political Matters and Strategy, Chief (Hon) Barr. Emeh Glory Emeh, has described Governor Wike as an administrator that was sufficiently ready for governance before aspiring for the office.of governor of Rivers State.
Glory Emeh, who was Commissioner for Transport and Aviation spoke with newsmen on the sidelines of the Thanksgiving Service of the 6th Anniversary of Wike’s administration at St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Port Harcourt. He described the event as eventful and productive.
“It is remarkable that our state is oportuned to have Governor Wike at the right time in the history of the state and we have no difficulties in saying that our people are better for it.
“You can see the excitement and happiness among our people.The Governor, without any paper was able to mention the numerous projects dotting all the Local Government Areas in the state.
“Even the officiating Bishops mentioned the achievements of this administration with ease. We cannot but thank God for the gift of a leader with passion for his State and the people”, the former Chief of Staff during the administration of Sr Celestine Omehia stressed.
On the matter of who succeeds Governor Wike in 2023, the lawyer politician said:
“The Governor is very knowledgeable on the subject matter. More importantly, Governor Wike understands those who will show interest in the coveted office, and I believe he knows the criteria to look at, particularly, as it concerns exposure on leadership attributes and maturity as well as acceptability”, the consultant on politics and governance said with finality.
