Security Personnel Drags Man To Police For Sleeping With His Wife
A security personnel with a new generation bank in Port Harcourt has filed a formal complaint at the human rights desk at the Rivers State Police Command Headquarters against a man simply identified as Ikenna for allegedly sleeping with his wife on his matrimonial bed.
In a chat with our reporter, at the Police headquarters, the security personnel disclosed that he filed a formal complaint at the Police headquarters after he caught Mr Ikenna allegedly sleeping with his wife on his matrimonial bed because he did not want to take laws into his own hands.
The security personnel further explained that after he caught the wife with Mr Ikenna on his bed, and his wife pleaded for mercy and promised not to continue the relationship with the suspect. But Mr Ikenna has refused letting his wife be and is still making further attempts to re-unite with his wife, he added.
The security personnel in his complaint said the action of Mr Ikenna if not checked, might lead to breach of peace and breakdown of law and order.
The security personnel pleaded with the Police to wade into the matter so that he will not take laws into his hand.
When contacted by our reporter, Mr Ikenna said it was a case of mistaken identity and further stated that he has never slept with any married woman in his life.
