RIWAMA Sole Administrator, Bro Felix Obuah Declares Open Training On Effective Healthcare Waste Management In Rivers State, Tomorrow
In its determined effort to improve the waste management system in the State, the Rivers State Waste Management Agency (RIWAMA) is organizing a training on Effective Healthcare Waste Management in the State.
A statement by Jerry Needam, Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to the Sole Administrator of the Agency, Bro. Felix Obuah said the training, which is in collaboration with Environmental Health Essentials and Sonica International Limited, will hold on Thursday, November 12, 2020 by 9 am at RIWAMA Premises, Km 6, Ikwerre Road, Port Harcourt.
According to Jerry Needam, those to attend the training are Clinical Care Service Providers and those working in Hospitals, Chemists, Pharmaceuticals, Maternities, Laboratories, Mortuaries and others.
The RIWAMA Sole Administrator, Bro. Obuah who is the Chief Host of the event, will declare the Training open.
The statement urged participants to take advantage of the training to improve their knowledge on healthcare waste management system, also advised them to be punctual and abide by the Covid-19 safety procedures.
