The burial of Late Mrs. Blessing Wobiarueri Godfrey has been fixed for Saturday, August 13, 2022l in Ozuoba, Obio Akpor Local Government Area.
The late Wobiarueri, who slept in the Lord at the University of Abuja Specialist Hospital on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 following a bout with brain tumour, is the wife of an officer of the Vigilante Group of Nigeria (VGN), Rivers State command, Mr. Godfrey Amadi.
A burial arrangement announced by the bereaved husband said her body would leave the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital Mortuary to her husband’s compound where it would lit would lie in state before a funeral service by The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Renewal Movement.
Speaking with National Network, the distraught VGN Officer said he would miss the companionship of his dear wife whom he described as a ‘confidant, friend, mother, sister and ally, all fused in one’.
He however took solace in the fact that despite her brief and eventful life, the late Wobiarueri dedicated and served the Lord as a virtuous woman.
“If tears could rewrite the narrative, the quontum I have shed and would continue to shed would have brought her back to me. But God who gave to me, have called her back to Him”, he said.
