Bro. Obuah Bags American Varsity Award For Sustainable Development In Rivers
Former Rivers State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Bro. Felix Obuah has again been honored for his roles in the political and sustainable development of the state. The Mba-Anabara-Agu of Orashi Region was this time honoured by the prestigious Saint Michaels University, USA last weekend with a Community Charter Award Certificate in appreciation of his contribution to the political and sustainable development of Rivers State.
Handing the award plaque to Bro. Obuah at the ceremony which held at the Cherubim and Seraphim Church, Omoku Parish, the university commended him for his visionary leadership, consistent dedication to sustainable development and his ability to forge bipartisan collaborations for the greater good of the people.
Bro. Obuah while receiving the award, thanked the American university for finding him worthy for the honour, and dedicated it to God Almighty, adding that He alone should be given all honour and glory.
He expressed gratitude for the recognition and reaffirmed his commitment to ensuring a brighter future for Rivers State and its people, stressing that the only way to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ is by loving one another.
Known for his charismatic leadership style and commitment to community upliftment, Bro. Obuah who was the former Sole Administrator of the Rivers State Waste Management Agency (RIWAMA) has remained one of the driving force behind the transformation of the state’s political landscape.
