Obuah’s Generosity Celebrated Over Glory Land Chapel Building
More than one week after the unveiling of the latest branch of the Church of God (Seventh Day), Glory Land Chapel in the home of Bro. Felix Obuah, along Ikiri Road, Omoku, the headquarters of Ogba/ Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area (ONELGA), the historic moment continues to echo as an attendee, Mr. Henry Chimuenya Umejuru has described the act as a shining demonstration of philanthropy and devotion.
Mr. Umejuru who went to his social media handle to express his feelings announced that Bro. Felix Obuah’s generosity has been honored with the construction of a cutting-edge church building, further solidifying his role as a leading figure in the spiritual growth and development of ONELGA and Rivers State in general.
Dubbed “Mbanabaragu,” the anonymous admirer said Bro. Obuah’s nickname reflects his role as a benefactor and a guiding light in the community, exemplifying the true spirit of servant leadership.
“Since the moment he entered public service, Obuah has dedicated himself to uplifting the lives of those around him,” noted Umrjuru.
Highlighting Bro. Obuah’s unwavering values centered on faith, community, and the nation, Umejuru prayed, “May God continue to bless him because our democracy needs leaders like him. A servant leader who puts people, God, and the country first,”.
He further added that Obuah’s latest gift—the construction of a magnificent chapel—stands as a testament to his faith and dedication to the people.
Recall that during the unveiling ceremony, which drew the Christian community to Omoku, Bro. Obuah had noted that the new place of worship is expected to serve as a sanctuary for the community, where individuals can come together to pray, reflect, and find solace. As community members including the anonymous commentator expressed their gratitude, many echoed sentiments drawn from scripture, praying that Obuah’s generosity would be returned to him in abundance, referencing Luke 6:38, which promises that “with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”
