The Apara Owhor Holders and People’s Council in Apara Kingdom, Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State have elected new Executives to pilot their affairs for the next four years.
Those elected include Elder Godfrey Wike, Chairman; Evg. Samuel Chima, Vice Chairman; Elder Chidi Ejekwu, Secretary; Elder Akani Williams, Asst. Secretary; Elder Smiles O. Woko, Financial Secretary; Elder Solomon Woko, Treasurer and Elder Nlemanya Iweala, Provost I.
In a statement signed by Elders Godfrey Wike and Chidi Ejekwu, Chairman and Secretary of the Council respectively, the general public, clans in Apara Kingdom, members of Obiri Ehie, Apara Kingdom; the Paramount Ruler of Apara Kingdom, HRM Eze C.A Worlu Wodo (JP) as well as the five arms of Apara Kingdom government were all asked to take note of the development and accord the new Executive Council necessary cooperation to achieve set goal.
The council, in the statement, wished the new executives the best in their services for the upliftment of the kingdom
