Rivers State Deputy Governor, Dr. (Mrs) Ipalibo Harry Banigo, has congratulated Hon. Ken Chikere, the member representing PHALGA Constituency 1 in the Federal House of Representatives on his coronation as Eze Orieku Kpunwo VI of Rebisi.
In a statement from the Government House in Port Harcourt on Wednesday, 15th June 2022, Dr. Banigo extolled the leadership qualities of Hon. Chikere, adding that his wealth of experience would impact positively on the socio- cultural, economic and political advancement of the Rebisi Kingdom.
