Switch-On in conjunction with the Sim Media Volunteers (SMV) today visited Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area of Rivers State, in a reach out to the victims of the flood incident.
The leader of the delegation Hon. (Mrs.) Sotonye Toby Fulton, in her remarks appreciated the ONELGA Chairman for making out time to receive the Team.
She further thanked the State Governor His Excellency Chief (Barr.) Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, for his prompt response in ameliorating the sufferings of those affected by the flood.
The Leader of the Switch-On thanked God that the people have returned back to their homes which interprets that the flood is receding greatly. Hon. Sotonye Toby Fulton, concluded with words of encouragement on the people to keep hopes alive.
The Switch-On delegation and Sim Media Volunteers (SMV) was received by the Chairman of Council Hon. Vincent Job JP, at the Council Secretariat. The ONELGA Council Boss briefed that the IDP Camp has been closed and the people returned back to their homes.
The Chairman thanked the Switch-On and Sim Media Volunteers (SMV) for reaching out to the people of ONELGA at such critical time of need by those affected by the flood incident.
