You Can Get Rid Of Body Odour Without Medications – Expert

Aerobics expert has stated that benefits of daily exercise still cut across many known health conditions, saying, in addition to helping the body attain balance, it has also  been found particularly in helping to ward off offensive body odour, stretch marks and other conditions that would ordinarily require medications.

Speaking on a number of health yielding benefits  of  exercises at a forum in Port Harcourt, the fitness expert, Mrs. Omolola Aduroja, insisted that as long as man continued to be regarded as one who has a spirit, possesses soul and   lives in the body, exercises will be required to build a total man.

 While noting that the most common reason behind bodily exercise for many remains weight loss, she expressed the confidence that a routine walkout is needed to fight body odour. According to her, it is easy to get rid of foul smell in the body, by drawing up a walk-out routine or register in a gym, than spending much on medications with attendant side effects.

 Through constant exercise, she reasoned that walkout will, among other benefits help push out sweat, toxins, oil and caseinogens away from the body . She explained that when someone produces sweat in the body, one way to check out for this challenge is to taste the sweat, if it tastes like salt and leaves a sharp and painful sensation in the  eye during contact, such a person needs to invest in exercise as a natural way of  fighting body odour and stretch marks. She said that, unknown to many gyming and walkouts  had the ability to reduce and remove stubborn stretch marks, and would in turn make it easy for some women to now be able to wear their sleeveless tops without revealing bad spots in the body.

The Uk trained expert also recommended gym registration and attendance for persons suffering from certain illnesses, such as hormonal imbalance, blockade of the fallopian tube, and other conditions.

She cited an instance where a couple were advised to try regular exercise, after waiting for a couple of years to have children, even after they were told that medically both man and the wife were fit. The expert informed that few months after following the walkout regimen, the couple celebrated the birth of their own baby.

According to her, exercises would rid the body of illnesses and correct postures in people who through habits acquired bad postures.

She also listed bone balance, maintenance of center of gravity, apart from helping to ward off dizziness and at the same time strengthens the heart beat as parts of the gains of regular body fitness.

She lamented that many who were depressed due to different reasons preferred to engage anti-depressants. Mrs. Aduroja informed that regular exercise for either a man or a woman would help jettison depression better than anti-depressants. She added that aerobics also has the capacity to help improve strength and, at the same time build up endurance. She pointed out that sportsmen enjoyed this advantage above ordinary persons due to constant training.

 She threw light on why some ladies gathered stretch marks on their body, saying ,not eating right and use of body creams with unfriendly chemical agents were found to be responsible. She advised young people to continue to patronize home grown foods and cosmetics.

She advised against eating late in the night and late breakfast. She said late breakfast could lead to binging and storage of excess calories in the body, which in turn may lead to weight gain and, if continued may result in obesity. She observed that eating late in the night could also resort to a condition known as  pot belly or protrusion of the belly, as unused energies were bound to store up in the body.

The expert warned against intake of carbonated drinks, such as soft drinks, because of the possibilities of putting gas and chemicals in the body.

On the need to maintain healthy living, she stated that there is the need to measure the frequency and intensity of exercise. For instance, she recommended 15 minutes walk out for people who were obese-free.  She also observed that in as much as it is good to always exercise, there is also the need to ensure rest in course of exercise.

She called on Nigerians to embrace home grown plants as to derive its natural benefits. According to her, African foods possessed both quality and quantity, stressing the need for the people to take advantage of the quality in it for their health benefits.

Similarly, she emphasized the need for  people to form the habit of chewing thier food well enough before swallowing it in order to get the nutrients , adding that meals can be made colourful through addition of different health giving vegetables. She argued that it is important for people to watch what they eat and how they eat. Forming a good lifestyle, as she pointed out, would help anyone stay healthy .

On the need to drink sufficiently, she advised that people should drinks enough water on daily basis. According to her, this is good for hydration and not necessarily for thirst.

She concluded by reiterating the fact that it is cheaper to stay healthy when we make a choice to feed on natural things than on drugs which most times contained many chemical agents contrary to healthy living and fitness.
