New Task Force Emerges In Amadi-Bu-Out

…As Chief Reads Out Terms Of Reference

Following a careful consideration of the present realities in Elimgbu, Rivers State and Nigeria at large, especially in the area of crimes, the executive council of Amadi-Bu-Otu has approved the appointments of the following persons to overhaul the youths as task force. They include: Mr. Promise Ogunka Amadi, Mr Kingsley Wobo, Mr. Princewill Wogwu, Mr. Churuike Ogbonda, Prince Ndazi Mekeke and Mr. Aleruchi Amadi. Others are Mr. Kenneth Woshie, Mr. Big Joe Amadi, Mr Ndubuisi Amadi and Mr. Daniel Amasco.

They were sworn in by Chief James Nme Amadi, the executive chairman of Amadi-Bu-Otu at the Elimgbu play ground on Saturday, 12th of September, 2020 after he had read out the terms of reference to them.

Chief Amadi during the swearing in thanked them for accepting to serve the people. He also warned them of taking decisions without the consent of the executive council adding that the people appointed are indigenes of the family and charged them to protect, project the youths especially in the area of criminality and youth restiveness. He wished them goodluck.

In a post address by Mr. Promise Ogunka, he thanked the council for finding them worthy to serve. He promised to live up to expectations of the family stressing that they would never compromise with the man given to them by the council.

He maintained that he would always consult the council in terms of taking decisions, adding that with the support to his members the sky is their limit.

Also, Mr. Kingsley Wobo, Deputy Chairman of the committee promised that he would assist the chairman to make sure that the real thing is done. He stated that, with his wealth of experiences as a politician, the committee would achieve their goal because, he is going to make sure that good contribution are given immediate attention.
