The Rivers State Police Command says it has declared one Frank Ekpo wanted in connection with case of conspiracy and advance fee fraud.
A press release signed by Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Nnamdi Omoni, for Commissioner of Police, Rivers State said Ekpo is wanted for case of conspiracy and advance fee fraud pending before Port-Harcourt Chief Magistrates Court 9 with charge number PMC/1045C/2018.
The release said there’s a bench warrant against the suspect issued by court’s presiding magistrate on 20 August, 2019 with an order to arrest and bring the suspect to court without further delay.
It described the suspect as fair-complexioned and 5 to 6ft tall, saying he’s 39 years of age from Biakpani in Biase Local Government Area of Cross River State.
The release also said Ekpo speaks Ekoi and English languages fluently.
The police imagemaker appealed to members of the public with useful information that could lead to the arrest of the suspect to report to any nearest police station or call security numbers 08032003514, 08028915462 or 08182157778, saying that a handsome reward waits for anyone who has useful information that would lead to the arrest of the suspect.
