Second Tenure: Ele Monarch Impressed With Wike’s Achievements In One Year
The Amanyanabo of ancient Ele Kingdom in Ogu/Bolo Local Government Area, King Felix Tamunoseipiriala Okuru Apina VII has joined other well-meaning citizens of the state to felicitate with the Governor, Chief Nyesom Ezenwo Wike on his one year in office in his second tenure.
King Felix Tamunoseipiriala Okuru, Apina the VII, in a statement from the Palace said the infrastructural and human capital development by Governor Wike, Mr. Project are remarkable and speak volume within the period, adding that it had further given the people a sense of belonging, good governance and democratic dividends.
According to the crowned ancient Ele monarch, the construction of the fly-overs and other road network, would help decongest traffic and boost economic activities in the state, stressing that the Operation Sting security outfit, provisions of healthcare facilities, agriculture, transportation and educational infrastructures among others are worthy of commendation.
The Traditional Ruler of Ele Kingdom also commended the Governor, Chief Nyesom Wike on the various measures taken to tackle the spread of the deadly COVID-19 Pandemic in the State and the palliative’s initiative to cushion the effects; saying that it had proven beyond reasonable doubt that he had the interest of the people at heart, and enjoined all irrespective of tribe, religion and political affiliations to join him in his new Rivers Vision and further ensure the continuity of the dreams of the founding fathers to further take the State to an enviable height.
King Felix Tamunoseipiriala Okuru Apina the VII, on behalf of the Chiefs, Elders’, Opinion Leaders, the Women and Youths of ancient Ele Kingdom e kudos to Governor Wike, and prayed God to continue to give him wisdom, courage and protection in the years ahead as they pledged their unalloyed support and co-operation to the government with the strong belief that they would be remembered for the developmental projects during this period.
