The Managing Director and CEO of the popular PF Golden Hotels, Omoku, Mr. Alexander Bright Ubor has joined the horde of well-wishers to celebrate the successful coronation of the new Oba of Ogbaland, Eze Ogba (Barr) Nwachukwu Obuohna Nnam Obi III.
The reverred ‘son of the soil’ told reporters during an interview in Omoku on Monday, that the emergence of the new ‘Odudu’ signalled a new era in the annals of Ogba kingdom.
He described the monarch as an intelligent, vibrant and detrabalized young mind whose profile spoke volume, and expressed the hope that Nwachukwu will keep alive, the legacies left by his late father.
The famed hotelier appealed to the monarch to use his know-how to ensure that the current peace and tranquility being pervading Ogbaland is sustained.
“Ogbaland has become an investment destination for Nigerians and foreigners alike. My prayer is for business and job for our unemployed youths to boom during the reign of our illoustrous king” Ubor prayed.
An expert in Finance and Taxation, Mr. Ubor also called on Ogba people as a whole to give maximum support and cooperation to the new Oba, stressing that leadership becomes easier where the people demonstrate willingness to follow.
“As a loyal and committed Ogbaman, I wish to restate my total willingness to sacrifice time and resources in service to the kingdom as service to Ogbaland and to our Oba by extension, is service unto God”, Ubor declared.
