Rivers State Deputy Governor Dr. Mrs. Ipalibo Harry Banigo has congratulated the State Chief Executive Nyesom Ezenwo Wike for the successful completion and commissioning of the Rebisi flyover in Port Harcourt.
In a statement from the Government House in Port Harcourt on Saturday, 7th November, 2020 Dr. Banigo expressed gratitude to the Almighty God for giving Governor Wike the wisdom, passion, and doggedness to execute land mark projects even in the face of the global Covid 19 Pandemic which has stalled infrastructural development in other States of the federation and beyond.
“Governor Wike has continued to demonstrate the fact that he is a very prudent manager of human and material resources, which is a very rare quality in these austere times occasioned by the Covid 19 Pandemic. History will be very fair to him as one of the greatest leaders of our time”.
Dr. Banigo urged the Rivers People to continue to support Governor Wike to give him the impetus to fully actualize the New Rivers Vision
