Livingstone Lauds Deputy Speaker On Projects Delivery

The Councillor representing the people of ward 9 in Ahoada East Local Government Area of Rivers State, Hon. Alali Justice Livingstone has joined other people from the area to commend what he called the professional dexterity and good representation by the Deputy Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Edison .O. Ogerenye Ehie.

 This Livingstone said, Rt. Hon. Ehie has done through several dividends of democracy, which he has attracted to Ahoada East as a whole.

Hon. Livingstone who poured encomiums on the Deputy Speaker on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 during the official commissioning of a modern town hall in Obele Community built by the lawmaker, described the gesture as very symbolic, saying it is an act of good representation which he noted has won the hearts of the people of Ahoada East.

He said they have had so many of them who represented them in the past but never had it this good, saying the Deputy Speaker has executed and is still executing more projects in virtually all the communities in Ahoada East Constituency II. That is why I cannot hold back my joy; silver and gold I don’t have to offer him for his good works, bringing the dividends of democracy to my people; I say thank you and welldone,” he pleaded.

According to him, the lawmaker has lived up to the expectations of the people of the area by implementing and executing quality projects. He said he is proud that the lawmaker is able to deliver what he promised his people, adding that the people made the right choice by electing a good leader that is conscious of development.

Hon. Livingstone urged the lawmaker to sustain his developmental strides while calling for prayers, support and encouragement for him to do more. He also pleaded with the community to protect and secure the projects for their generation yet unborn, while urging other politicians to emulate Hon. Ehie in bringing the dividends of democracy to the grassroots.
