According to him, “BAYOC is a youth organization created to ensure continuity of bringing the youths closer to God in accordance to what is written in the bible as youths appear to be drifting away from the scripture and indeed the ordinance and tenets of the church as a result of digitalization and internet activities.

The man of God also stated that the programme’s objectives include the promotion of denomination and ecumenical tolerance hence the extension of invitation to guest ministers from other churches.

“It is equally an event packaged to correct some negative perceptions of the world about the ESOCS church as well as one targeted to win souls for Jesus Christ”.

He stated further that the programme is also used as an avenue to achieve a paradigm shift and re-direct the minds of the youths to role models within and outside the church.

“The BAYOC programme he noted, is also aimed at rewarding deserving excellence amongst members of the MZYS and ESOCS at large including positioning of  the church to have adequate recognition in the ecumenical circle and indeed the world council of churches.”
